Beautiful pink wool felt and tweed top hat with feathers. Perfect for winter racing or weddings

Beautiful handmade wool felt top hat. Decorated with burgundy feathers and veiling and trimmed with green velvet. This top hat is two thirds the size of a full top hat. It is meant to sit as a percher hat and it is secured with a hairband. I block and make all of my hats by hand in my Northumberland studio.
