Beautiful handmade duck egg and cream silk top hat, with handmade silk flowers and pleated crin. Finished with veiling. This hat is two thirds the size of a normal top hat and is designed to perch on head. It is secured on a headband. Made with the finest James Hare silk. I make and block all of my hats from beginning to end in my Northumberland studio.
